Information Technology Solutions Peopleworks Ltd., a HR consultancy, was formed by Jonathan Logue, a CIPD- qualified HR professional who has extensive experience delivering successful HR solutions in over 40 organisations in the public and private sectors. Having worked in-house, as well for some of the most respected consultancy practices in Ireland and globally, Peopleworks was founded to respond to a constant need that individuals and organisations have for bespoke HR services to address very unique and complex situations. Drawing on the experience of working across a diverse range of client organisations of varying sizes and very different needs, Peopleworks has developed as a value-added HR consulting business that focuses on three core services. 1. Strategic HR solutions- Supporting client organisations with developing and implementing their people agenda through HR strategy development, talent management strategy and execution, capability analysis, team building and facilitation. 2. Professional training- Designing and delivering appropriate training interventions for managers and executives in areas such as leadership development, coaching skills, performance management, and handling outplacement. 3. Executive coaching- Supporting the personal growth of managers and executives in a one-to-one setting in dealing with such topics as the challenges of their role, gaining fulfilment from work and leisure time, and facing outplacement. - 2. Jonathan Logue is Founder and Managing Director of Peopleworks Ltd. He has over 15 years experience of working in Management/ HR Consultancy and in the telecommunications sector. Our approach He has been a Management Consultant for PwC Management Consulting and a Senior HR Consultant for Watson Wyatt, and has worked for several indigenous consultancies with specialisms in corporate psychology and HR/ training. He has also worked as Learning & Development Manager for O2 Communications. A Psychology graduate from UCD, Jonathan is a full member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), BPS Level A qualified in psychometric testing, an Emotional Intelligence assessor (EQ-i) and a qualified Executive coach (LBCAI/ Irish Coaching Development Network).
